• Injection machine setup - in charge of the machine setup and ensuring a smooth production run, with manufactured products meeting customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical and electrical issues - resolve any technical and electrical problems that cause machinery breakdowns and hinder smooth production.
• Process optimization - propose Work Improvement Plans (WIP) and control systems to improve safety, cleanliness, productivity, and efficiency.
• Quality control - collaborate with the production supervisor to perform quality inspections, identify non-compliance and defective outputs immediately to reduce wastage and rejects.
• Plan and record schedules for equipment maintenance.
• Ensure all machines, equipment, molds, and spare parts are maintained in optimal working condition.
• Reduce machine breakdowns and extend machinery lifespan through regular maintenance and upkeep.
• Submit machinery data sheets to management and update them regularly (every 3 months).
• Maintain proper maintenance logs for machinery, equipment, and molds, tracking spare part changes and servicing reports.
