Job description

Coordinate and carry out daily installation, maintenance, and repair works as per checklist and schedule.

Maintain filters and strainers for AHU, FCU, pumps, water features, and all M&E equipment.

Assist in inspection, testing, and servicing of fire protection systems.

Troubleshoot and attend to minor mechanical and electrical defects reported by outlets.

Coordinate with contractors in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems.

Perform building-related tasks such as masonry, painting, carpentry, drainage, electrical, piping, and plumbing work.

Address and resolve outlet complaints related to facilities issues promptly and tactfully.

Requirements:

• Possess SPMV, MLVK, or any technical-related certificate.
• At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Willing to work on-call, on shift, weekends, and public holidays.
