Job description

REDPYNE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Technician to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our electrical and electronic systems and equipment.

What you'll be doing

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of electrical and electronic equipment

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and electronic systems, and implement corrective actions

Assist with the installation, configuration, and integration of new equipment and systems

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance

Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements

Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

Certificate or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Technician or in a similar role

Wireman/Chargeman license issued by EIU Sarawak is an advantage.

Proficient in the use of test equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures

Good communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as required

Able to work at height.

Possess D driving license

Able to start work in short notice period.
