Job description

Able to oversee the setup and implementation of a site readiness parking equipment system. This role will be responsible for setup and termination process for our cashless payment solutions, coordinating with service providers (SP) Tng tester for ORT exercise, and ensuring site readiness for the system's backbone.

Key Responsibilities

To Identify and execute the necessary site readiness setup and installation parking equipment to ensure compatibility and quality standards are met.

To do the integration of cashless payment solutions with controller, barrier gate and server.

To Conduct site assessments and evaluate readiness for system installation. Address any infrastructure or logistical challenges.

To oversee the installation and configuration of parking equipment, ensuring it meets safety and operational standards with ST (Suruhan Tenaga) compliance.

To Implement quality assurance processes to test and verify the functionality of the parking system before handover to Operation or landlord.

To Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, technical specifications, and progress updates.

To ensure all electrical and maintenance are managed In proper manner.

To minimize machine down time, to perform troubleshooting and implement corrective action.

To assist with supplier or contractors for equipment maintenance and car park projects.

To follow all maintenance policies, procedures and work instructions.

To work out a check list and related preventive measure for all parking equipment.

To ensure all equipment installation or construction activities comply with specification and construction drawings.

To check and examine potential problems areas or services and recommend to the Management for improvements.

To check and monitor quality of works (material & workmanships) and maintain the maintenance records.

To prepare and records all job sheets for task has been completed.

To control and monitor maintenance cost.

To assist and coordinate with client and contractor on site work matters if required by Head Technical Department.

To be responsible for installation and maintenance off all parking system equipment including on the software and hardware components.

To deliver professional supports to customer in all of the capability solutions that company offers on the parking system by whapss App, phone call, writing and verbally.

To provide the Management the subsequent problem resolution details for tracking purpose, generate report and document activities related to parking systems.

To follow company's policies and procedures.

To ensure company properties are maintained and properly used.

To ensure all the equipment and machineries are ready before commencement of task or handover process.

You are required to report to Technical & Engineering Manager.

To perform any other duties as directed by your superior and the Management from time to time subject to attach with project.

Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Professional Certificate, Certificate in platform Awam (SKM Tahap 1, SKM Tahap 2, SKM Tahap 3), DKM (Diploma Kemahiran Awam), SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Awam) Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or a related field in technical skill.

Proven experience in technical skill. Preferably in the parking equipment or access control industry or M&E experience with civil skill.

Strong technical knowledge and skill.

Has ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with Head of Technical & Engineering Department, Project leader, service providers and client.

Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to address technical challenges.

Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory standards on ST "Suruhan Tenaga" regulation.
