Job summary

A leading manpower solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technician to perform maintenance tasks within airport environments. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in Facilities Maintenance and holds an SPM qualification along with a Polytechnic MLVK/SKM certificate. The role requires good interpersonal and computer skills, with immediate availability desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM (passed) with Polytechnic MLVK/SKM certificate or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Civil Engineering.
• Preferably with experience in mechanical ACMV and related fields.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Facilities Maintenance, Operation & Maintenance, or M&E building services.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and periodic maintenance.
• Carry out daily operation and maintenance works.
• Record and feedback all maintenance & repair requests to Help Desk and Supervisor.

Position: Technician

Salary: RM 1800 - RM 2300 (Based on work experience)

Work location: Jalan Dato Onn, KL

Working hours: Normal Working Hours

Citizenship requirement: Malaysian Citizen Only

Availability: Able to start work immediately

Must-have requirements:

• Minimum SPM (passed), with Polytechnic MLVK/SKM certificate or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Civil Engineering
• Preferably with experience in mechanical ACMV and related fields
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Facilities Maintenance, Operation & Maintenance, or M&E building services
• Knowledge in operation & maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical systems in airport environments is an advantage
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and periodic maintenance
• Carry out daily operation and maintenance works and respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Record and feedback all maintenance & repair requests to Help Desk and Supervisor
• Record and compile maintenance checklists and daily reports
• Maintain equipment maintenance reports
• Ensure work quality complies with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS)
• Implement 5S policies in all plant rooms/workplaces
