About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technician to join our dynamic team at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art facilities. This is a full-time position based in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures

Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to provide efficient resolutions

Collaborate with the engineering team to implement planned maintenance schedules and oversee the completion of projects

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Provide technical support to other team members as needed

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our facilities and processes

What we're looking for

Relevant technical certification or diploma in a field such as HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technician in the hospitality or facilities management industry, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
