We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team at DE PRO XP TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD located at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their equipment and systems.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues across our clients' equipment and systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs to prevent future breakdowns
• Install, configure, and test new equipment and systems
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices

• Relevant technical qualifications or a proven track record in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
