Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Workplace Operations Support
    • Conduct daily inspections to ensure workspace cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
    • Monitor and resolve minor maintenance issues such as lighting, temperature, plumbing, and furniture.
    • Assist in space planning activities including desk arrangements, meeting room setups, and moves.
    • Perform basic troubleshooting of AV and IT infrastructure.
  • Facilities Maintenance Coordination
    • Coordinate with external vendors for cleaning, HVAC, security, and M&E services.
    • Follow up on major repairs with contractors and internal teams.
    • Monitor building management systems and report issues.
    • Keep logs of maintenance activities.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance
    • Uphold workplace safety standards, including fire exits, first aid, and emergency protocols.
    • Support safety audits and compliance reporting.
    • Participate in emergency drills and serve as fire warden or safety marshal if needed.
  • Administration & Reporting
    • Manage inventory of assets and consumables.
    • Assist in preparing monthly workplace KPI reports.
    • Maintain records, SOPs, and incident logs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Certificate PW4/PW2/Chargeman/A1 or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities or workplace operations, preferably in a large or multinational office environment.
  • Familiarity with FM systems, CAFM tools, BMS, and vendor management platforms.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and local regulations.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience managing large-scale office operations or regional portfolios.
  • Experience working with third-party FM providers like JLL, CBRE, or Knight Frank.
  • Knowledge of ESG and sustainability practices in facilities management.
  • Familiarity with workplace technology and digital ticketing tools such as ServiceDeck.
Working Conditions:
  • On-site work with occasional weekend or after-hours tasks during moves or emergencies.
  • Physical tasks such as lifting may be required.
