Job description

Install, configure, and maintain systems & software.

Diagnose, resolve, and repair hardware, software, technical, and network-related issues.

Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or chat.

Assist customers in setting up and configuring devices, systems, and applications.

Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic network cables.

Route and secure network cabling through ceilings, walls, floors, and conduits according to project specifications.

Set up and maintain patch panels, racks, switches, and network cabinets.

Conduct inspections and testing to ensure wiring system functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring issues, making necessary repairs or replacements.

Stay updated on new technologies, software updates, and industry trends.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and common software applications.

Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk software.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support, if required.

Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
