Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance.
• SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, M&E, Civil or Air Conditioning.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily management of facilities and equipment.
• Record utility meter readings and collect bills.
• Supervise outsourcing maintenance units.

Job description

Comply with the rules and regulations of the company, complete the task assigned by manager/ assistant manager/ supervisor of the department.

Responsible to self- safety, implement standard safety operation system.

According to maintenance plan and inspection standard of public facilities and equipment, carry out daily management task of facilities and equipment.

Use the materials required, save the cost of materials.

Carry out supervision on the outsourcing maintenance units.

Implement specific tasks of emergency plans.

Participate the training organized by the department and company it, improve the technical level.

Carry out maintenance works according to the requirement in service order list.

Record the reading the electric and water meter in public area; collect utilities bills, record the reading of electric and water of households.

Do related work records.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance consist of: Eletrical, M&E, Civil and Airconditioning.

SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, M&E, Civil,Airconditioner equivalent qualification.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (1.5 hours rest daily)
