Job Responsibilities:

1. Plant Maintenance Technician
2. Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical malfunctions and perform repairs.
3. Maintain and monitor mechanical or electrical parts to prevent major equipment breakdowns.
4. Execute planned maintenance, servicing, and countermeasure activities as directed by superiors.
5. Disassemble machines and replace or repair parts using maintenance equipment.
6. Conduct daily machine inspections and record findings in 3KBC reports.
7. Update MMS system and send daily machine reports.
8. Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (overhaul).
9. Collect machine hour data and predictive maintenance data.
10. Perform other related tasks as required by the company.

1. R&D and Design Engineering Technician
2. Assist senior technicians in executing and following up on engineering sample trial runs, coordinating with Process Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance.
3. Maintain 5S standards at the workplace and ensure cleanliness of the laboratory and engineering material storage zones.
4. Control engineering material stock, shelf-life, and quality monitoring.
5. Assist in selling engineering scrap and reporting via SCS system.
6. Inspect and analyze engineering samples using quality inspection equipment.
7. Maintain quality records in compliance with quality system requirements.
8. Assist in sample preparation and submission to customers.
9. Perform other related tasks as required by the company.

1. Maintenance Technician (Facilities)
2. Perform daily assigned tasks and address day-to-day plant issues.
3. Prepare and execute weekly plans when required.
4. Perform tasks according to legal requirements for confined space work, such as flood pump pits and sewage plants.
5. Use environmentally friendly materials approved at the managerial level.
6. Use only authorized materials that meet environmental compliance labels.
7. Segregate and dispose of scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.
8. Perform other related tasks as required by the company.
