Job Description:

1. Diagnose the cause of malfunction or failure of equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as required.
2. Update the equipment's preventive maintenance schedule, downtime, and spare part inventory.
3. Prepare spare parts and fabricate machine parts if required.
4. Ensure all maintenance works are carried out safely.
5. Maintain good housekeeping of machinery and the work area.
6. Meet the hourly/shiftily targets (output and yield).
7. Possess effective and efficient analytical, troubleshooting, and repair skills to minimize downtime.
8. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
9. Responsible for protecting the company’s physical assets.
10. Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
