Job description

As a Technician at K&L, you will play a key role in the maintenance and repair of air compressors and refrigerated air dryers. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru.

Your main responsibilities include:

Inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues with air compressors and refrigerated air dryers

Performing preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep equipment in optimal working condition

Repairing or replacing faulty parts and components as required

Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work, and reporting any issues or concerns to the management team

Collaborating with team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to maintenance and repair activities

Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

We are looking for someone who has:

A formal technical qualification or trade certificate in a relevant field, such as industrial mechanics or electrical/electronic engineering

Experience working as a technician or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

A strong commitment to workplace safety, with a proven track record of working safely in workshop or industrial environments

Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities as needed

Hold a Driving License
