TECHNICIAN

SHUN YIDA CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is looking for 3 Air Conditioning Technicians and 2 M&E Technicians to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. These are full-time positions suited for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with basic Mandarin communication skills will be given preference.

You will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems and M&E equipment to ensure smooth operations at our construction sites.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine servicing, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems (split units, cassette, VRV/VRF).
• Diagnose and resolve aircon issues (leakage, low gas, electrical faults, etc.).
• Assist in new aircon unit installations and piping works.
• Ensure systems are operating efficiently and comply with safety standards.
• Assist in electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanical installation at construction sites.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on M&E systems and machinery.
• Support the team with tools handling and site setup.
• Work closely with engineers and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Technical certificate or vocational training in air conditioning, mechanical, or electrical fields.
• 1–2 years of working experience in air conditioning or M&E-related roles (construction site experience is an advantage).
• Able to perform hands-on technical tasks and problem-solving.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
