Responsibilities

Job Descriptions for Technician: Perak Office

  • To be fully responsible over designated sites.
  • Correspond to LAP on requirements.
  • Respond to complaints and requests of clients as per mentioned in contract.
  • Report all cases and incidents to superior.
  • Data monitoring on daily basis including CP & Flow.
  • Installation works.
  • Maintenance works.
  • Servicing of equipment.
  • Site survey and study.
  • Response and alert to alarm/complaints/abnormal pattern graph within 3 hours to avoid water supply interruption in longer time.
  • Carry out fault finding/minor service pressure reading valves and ensure PRV’s functionality and performance in best performance.
  • Pressure tuning for maximum result.
  • Monitor all of Omz and several assets including meters, data loggers, valves, PRV’s etc. systematically and ensure proper maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Relevant technical qualifications in SPM or Diploma or a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Technician in the Water Services industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
  • A valid driving license and the ability to travel to different sites as required.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (Salary range; maximum will be based on related experience/industry)
  • Willing to work in Perak based office (Taiping or Ipoh).
