Respond to complaints and requests of clients as per mentioned in contract.
Report all cases and incidents to superior.
Data monitoring on daily basis including CP & Flow.
Installation works.
Maintenance works.
Servicing of equipment.
Site survey and study.
Response and alert to alarm/complaints/abnormal pattern graph within 3 hours to avoid water supply interruption in longer time.
Carry out fault finding/minor service pressure reading valves and ensure PRV’s functionality and performance in best performance.
Pressure tuning for maximum result.
Monitor all of Omz and several assets including meters, data loggers, valves, PRV’s etc. systematically and ensure proper maintenance.
Qualifications
Relevant technical qualifications in SPM or Diploma or a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Technician in the Water Services industry will be an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
A valid driving license and the ability to travel to different sites as required.
