Job description

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Technician to support our aesthetic clinics, spas, and outlets by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through maintenance, repairs, stock deliveries, and emergency response. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with a varied workload, including travel and occasional after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock & Logistics Support: Deliver stocks, equipment, and supplies to outlets.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Outlet Maintenance & Repairs: Perform basic check-in repairs (e.g., sockets, furniture, signage, machines).
• Address emergency matters (e.g., water leaks, electrical faults, fire-related issues).
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles (e.g., authority licenses, cleanliness, servicing).
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Handle various ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Support other departments with carrying items as needed.
• On-Call & Emergency Support: Standby on weekends and after hours for urgent issues.
• Respond promptly to outlet emergencies (e.g., equipment failure, water leaking, etc).
• Weekly Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance at outlets (overtime may apply).
• Availability & Travel: Travel required (local and occasionally outskirts).
• Weekend and emergency standby duties are required.

Requirements

• Physically fit (able to lift heavy items, travel frequently).
• Basic handyman skills (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Valid driver’s license (experience with logistics/deliveries is a plus).
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience repairing air conditioning units.
• Knowledge of beauty/aesthetic machine maintenance.
• Electrical or wiring certification.
• Valid Van driving license.
