• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Linguistics, English, Chinese, Journalism, CS, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to quality and consistency.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user‑friendly content.
• Able to work with ambiguity and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to learn new tools, products, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain product and technical documentation such as guides, manuals, and developer docs.
• Organize and update existing documentation for clarity and usability.
• Gather technical information from cross‑functional teams and translate for users.
• Help develop documentation templates and style guides.
• Participate in reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support UX copywriting for product experiences and onboarding content.
• Assist in publishing workflows across documentation tools and CMS platforms.
• Incorporate user and stakeholder feedback to improve content quality.
