Job Requirement Technical Training Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a training or learning & development role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.

Familiarity with training management systems or e-learning platforms is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify training needs through competency assessments, performance evaluations, and consultation with production and department managers.

Develop and implement training plans and schedules to address skill gaps and support operational requirements.

Design, prepare, and deliver training modules related to manufacturing processes, quality standards, safety practices (e.g., 5S, ISO standards), and equipment handling.

Coordinate external and internal training programs, including onboarding for new employees and refresher courses for existing staff.

Maintain and update training records, attendance, and certification databases to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance monitoring; recommend improvements where necessary.

Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen) by delivering relevant training.

Ensure all training activities are aligned with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions as needed.

Prepare training materials, manuals, and visual aids to support various learning styles.

Contribute to the configuration, testing, and implementation of LMS and digital learning platforms.

Support the implementation of digital learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Job Requirements HR Recruitment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume hiring environment.

Good knowledge of recruitment strategies and selection techniques.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Familiar with applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions.

Identify and utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, career fairs, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.

Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist suitable profiles for hiring managers.

Coordinate interview arrangements and follow up on interview feedback.

Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and handle onboarding processes.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Participate in workforce planning discussions and provide market insights on talent availability and trends.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.
