A growing company in Malaysia, Metacloud Solution, is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to provide L1 support and ensure business continuity. Responsibilities include troubleshooting web applications, maintaining logs of faults, and working on a 24/7 rotation. Candidates must possess SPM, have 1-year related experience, and be proficient in Mandarin and English.
Provide L1 support to our client on a 24/7 rotation basis.
Web Application troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner base on severities.
To ensure maximum availability and minimal disruption to business continuity in order to meet all agreed target, SLA's and metrics.
Ensure that all defects dealt with are according to incident management best practices.
Maintain accurate logs of faults with resolution and contact details.
Monitor system operations and provide initial diagnosis of error, following escalation processes if required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
Basic IT /technology knowledge.
Preferably Junior Executive specialize in IT/Computer-Network/System/Database admin or equivalent.
ITIL or professional certification is an added advantage.
Able to work on weekend or public holiday (3 rotational shift basis).
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients from China.
