Job Responsibilities
  • Provide professional advice to customers onsite regarding machine installation environment, computer hardware/software systems, and electrical specifications.
  • Set up machine installations and conduct machine operation training at customer sites.
  • Offer technical support to users by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing training.
  • Acquire technical knowledge on product applications.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Ask targeted questions to understand the root cause of problems quickly.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, or chat until issues are resolved.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Refer to internal databases or external resources for technical solutions.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open issues concurrently.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their machines are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document technical knowledge through notes and manuals.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum education: Diploma.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
