Job description

To handle product demonstration, POC, onsite seizing, after sales service to customers when needed.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions.

Provide technical support and product training to the internal sales team and customers.

Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers when required.

Keep funnel reports and job sheets up to date.

Prepare proposals and quotations within established timelines, and with right pricing to win the deals.

Work with Brand Principals to get special pricing to support tenders or projects.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years’ working experience in a related field with strong technical knowledge in networking products.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Malay. Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred.

Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
