Job description

Responsibilities
  • Responds to and reviews issues, contacting customers to understand their concerns.
  • Ensures customers are kept informed about the status and solutions of their issues.
  • Utilizes troubleshooting tools (e.g., event logs, performance traces) to resolve customer issues.
  • Resolves or escalates varied customer issues.
  • Documents technical work and research.
  • Analyzes problems and develops solutions using log analysis and proprietary tools.
  • Collaborates across teams and products to resolve moderately complex issues.
Readiness
  • Attends training sessions, both technical and non-technical, to gain proficiency in support topics.
Product/Process Improvement
  • Provides feedback to improve products and supports escalation of potential defects.
  • Utilizes automated tools to resolve issues and suggests improvements.
  • Participates in case triage and discussion meetings to share ideas.
Other
  • Embodies company culture and values.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of technical support/consulting experience, OR
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • Equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in technical support or consulting, or a related degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform or a developer background is beneficial but not essential.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, Exchange, Visual Studio) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Support or IT consulting experience is a plus.
Language Skills
  • English: confident in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Mandarin: fluent in reading, writing, and speaking (optional).
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to pass Microsoft security screenings, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
