Key Responsibilities

  • End-User Support: Provide timely and efficient technical support, resolving customer issues with clarity and precision. Automate support requests where possible.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within our payments pipeline, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
  • Data Jobs: Execute and monitor data jobs, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and address any issues that arise.
  • Technical Support: Leverage your technical expertise in Typescript, SQL, and Web3 technologies to provide top-notch support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering team to implement improvements and maintain high operational standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years in technical support or software engineering, with demonstrated ability to handle on-call and technical issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Typescript and SQL, ability to create data-driven insights, basic knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, and understanding of cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
