A leading company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to handle hardware troubleshooting, software solutions, and maintain service standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in IT, be detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills. Flexibility and travel readiness are required for this role.
Identifying hardware, diagnosing, repairing faults, providing software solutions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Deploy, install, and configure hardware and software, and provide on-site training and support services.
Managing multiple cases and activities as assigned, following SOPs, and providing pre- and post-activity reports as required.
Able to work on an ad hoc or project basis, including deployment, handover, standby, go-live, and corrective & preventive maintenance.
Managing maintenance stock with daily updates after usage.
Providing technical support to other teams with resolution as needed or assigned.
Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for proper escalation based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) by projects.
