We are looking for an innovative Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about research, design, prototyping, project management documentation, and product support for advanced automated machines and IoT 4.0 systems.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical, programming, and product troubleshooting for CMS’s products. You are required to work closely with the sales team, customers, and manufacturers to ensure the optimal performance of CMS products.

Job Details & Responsibilities

• A recognized Degree/Master in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Experience with Industrial Robots (Scara, Cartesian, Wafer Transfer), servo, stepper motors, knowledge in motion control, IoT 4.0, and PLC programming is advantageous.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring diagrams.
• Programming skills in C#, Visual Basic, C++, and ladder logic programming.
• Ability to troubleshoot product-related errors.
• Willingness to travel to support product issues at customer sites.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with China; Japanese language skills are a plus.
