For ARI Malaysia we are looking for a Technical Supervisor with leadership experience.

Your job duties:
  • Making sure that all service and support requests from customers are handled proficient and in a timely manner.
  • Supervise the technical team.
  • Provide regular weekly and monthly reports on all activities and forecasts to the General Manager.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers and distribution partners.
  • Identify and report on potential new markets, industries and opportunities.
  • Ensure a smooth technical process.
  • Coach, grow and develop the technical team members.

Your profile:
  • Profound experience in Service Management role.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Access or understanding of the industrial market i.e. F&B, Power, Maritime and HVAC markets is added advantage.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Familiar with working with CRM and scheduling management tools.
  • Willing to travel frequently
