Qualifications

• Familiar with ISO standards and IPCC guidelines.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Review and validate climate-related technical reports, calculations, models, and assessments.
• Ensure alignment with global climate standards including GHG accounting, decarbonization, CCUS, ESG, carbon strategy, and net-zero frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and clients.
• Support project teams in identifying technical gaps and proposing corrective actions.
• Act as technical authority in client engagements, tender reviews, and solution design.
• Keep up to date with policy changes, emission regulations, and climate technologies relevant to the Energy sector.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years experience in Climate Change the Oil & Gas / Energy industry.
• Minimum 5 years specifically in a technical delivery role related to Climate Change services.
• Strong knowledge of carbon policy, emissions measurement, energy transition and climate technology.
• Familiar with ISO standards, IPCC guidelines, carbon reporting frameworks, MRV, and climate risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
