Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Product Expertise:

- Knowledge on ITSM, ITAM and Cloud solutions

- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients as needed

2. POC Environment Setup:

- Design, configure, and manage POC environments to showcase product capabilities

- Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams to align POC setups with client requirements

3. Project Implementation:

- Execute remote deployment and configuration.

- Troubleshoot technical issues during ,post-deployment and on-going support

- Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations

4. Technical Support & Documentation:

- Provide post-deployment support and escalate complex issues to engineering teams

- Create detailed documentation, including deployment guides and FAQs

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to refine deployment strategies

- Share client feedback to improve product functionality

6. Industry Awareness:

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in system deployment

Qualifications:

- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Experience:

- 2+ years in technical roles (system deployment, DevOps, or IT infrastructure)

- Hands-on experience system installation and troubleshooting

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Tencent Cloud, GCP or AWS) and networking/database fundamentals

Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Excellent communication (mandarin, Cantonese and English is required). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate - with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.

- Self-driven with adaptability to evolving priorities
