CRM Solution Development – Manager/Group Manager

As a CRM Solution Development Manager, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for designing and implementing CRM solutions for our clients across all project phases. You will work with clients and lead Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. You are likely an experienced manager with extensive CRM expertise, understanding the technical and functional aspects of CRM systems, and skilled in client engagement and team leadership. You are organized, energetic, and comfortable presenting to both executive and technical audiences. This role offers the chance to work with Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a focus on personal development and training in both technology and consulting skills.

What you’ll do

  1. Work with clients and lead Avanade Delivery Teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
  2. Lead and review your team's work across all project phases (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test)
  3. Lead technical teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interactions and solution delivery
  4. Design and enable conceptual architecture and technical solutions
  5. Coordinate effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality, timely resolution of issues
  6. Use KPIs to measure and improve project quality
  7. Identify challenges and support continuous improvement of clients’ CRM systems
  8. Contribute to presales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposals aligned with client needs
  9. Manage capability planning, identifying skill gaps, and coordinating training or hiring
  10. Develop reusable solutions, frameworks, and assets to accelerate delivery and share knowledge
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practices

Skills and experiences

  • Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Experience / Dynamics CRM / PowerApps solutions
  • At least three full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with SaaS and PaaS environments
  • Leadership experience with global, on/offshore teams
  • Development and deployment of business applications using Microsoft’s Power Platform
  • Core skills: C#, SQL, .NET, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow
  • Intermediate to advanced relational database knowledge
