At STAM, we are committed to delivering top-tier maintenance services to our clients in the aviation industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Services Manager to lead and manage our production planning activities related to base and line maintenance. This role reports directly to the Base Maintenance Manager (P-145) and contractually to the Accountable/General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Maintenance Managers in setting up and developing the scope of work, processes, and procedures for maintenance, ensuring compliance with CAA requirements.
  2. Develop, manage, and improve a production planning system suitable for the maintenance scope, complying with Skyways Technics standards and regulations.
  3. Manage customer relations and establish a clear work ordering system to ensure requested work is clearly communicated to maintenance personnel.
  4. Perform competence assessments of technical services personnel in coordination with the Training Coordinator.
  5. Analyze work orders to ensure maintenance remains within Skyways Technics' approval scope.
  6. Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and data to produce hangar visit plans, considering human performance limitations.
  7. Establish and manage the work card system, ensuring accurate maintenance data transcription and staff competence.
  8. Generate and assemble work packages for aircraft docking, ensuring all customer requests and critical tasks are included.
  9. Monitor maintenance progress, organize meetings with Dock Chiefs and customers to optimize reliability and efficiency.
  10. Control and archive maintenance records, ensuring correct completion and timely submission of customer records.
  11. Maintain lists of contracted and subcontracted organizations.
  12. Coordinate outsourced work, ensuring contractual standards are met.
  13. Work with logistics to ensure compliance with airworthiness directives for components.
  14. Respond to compliance monitoring findings from audits.
  15. Ensure quality delivery through detailed reporting and liaison with Part-145 repair processes.
  16. Resolve technical queries to facilitate smooth production and maintain good communication.
  17. Manage updates to maintenance manuals, service bulletins, directives, and drawings.
  18. Communicate with OEMs regarding technical issues.
  19. Obtain necessary design documents for repairs.
  20. Participate in continuous improvement projects.
  21. Implement and maintain QMS standards like AS 9110 and AS 9120, supporting audits.
Qualification Requirements
  1. Part-66 Licensed Aircraft Technician, or
  2. Engineering/Science degree related to aerospace, or
  3. Equivalent technical background.
