Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle, including product demonstrations and solution design.

· Assist with installation, configuration, and integration of video surveillance systems (cameras, NVRs, VMS, networking).

· Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with R&D or vendor support teams as needed.

· Deliver training sessions and technical documentation for clients and internal teams.

· Stay up to date with the latest video surveillance technologies, standards, and best practices.

· Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
