Job Responsibility
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of MFPs and E&E equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Installation and Configuration
- Install and configure MFPs and E&E equipment according to customer requirements.
- Ensure proper setup and integration with existing systems.
- Adjustment and Calibration
- Conduct adjustments and calibrations to maintain the accuracy and performance of MFPs and E&E equipment.
- Implement necessary updates and upgrades.
- Customer Training
- Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of MFPs and E&E equipment.
- Address customer queries and offer technical guidance.
- Field Operations Management
- Manage daily field operations within the assigned zone or customer building.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance service experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical/ IT Networking or similar discipline.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the Information Technology field.
- Ability to demonstrate and troubleshoot the product.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
