TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/ASSISTANT SERVICE ENGINEER/ SERVICE ENGINEER

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of MFPs and E&E equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

2. Installation and Configuration

Install and configure MFPs and E&E equipment according to customer requirements.

Ensure proper setup and integration with existing systems.

3. Adjustment and Calibration

Conduct adjustments and calibrations to maintain the accuracy and performance of MFPs and E&E equipment.

Implement necessary updates and upgrades.

4. Customer Training

Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of MFPs and E&E equipment.

Address customer queries and offer technical guidance.

5. Field Operations Management

Manage daily field operations within the assigned zone or customer building.

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

6. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance service experience.

Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Job Requirements:
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MFP hardware, software, and E&E equipment. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Customer Service Focus: Commitment to providing excellent customer service, and experience in handling customer complaints and queries.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems effectively, and strong analytical skills to identify and address issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage field operations and service schedules. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate with other service providers and team members.
  • Education: Degree or diploma in engineering, information technology, electrical and electronics, or a related field. Relevant certifications in technical support or MFP/E&E maintenance are a plus.
