Our offerings include sales, support, and services for thermal transfer printers, RFID printers, barcode and RFID scanners, labels, thermal transfer ribbons, and customized software for inventory and data validation. Located in Penang, Malaysia, we are dedicated to delivering innovative and reliable AIDC solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Engineer, located in Penang, Malaysia. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering maintenance for thermal transfer printers, RFID printers, barcode and RFID scanners. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical problems, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The engineer will also work closely with the sales and support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
