We're Hiring: Technical Service Engineer

Are you passionate about solving problems and working closely with customers to deliver innovative solutions? Join our team as a Technical Service Engineer, where you’ll be the vital link between our products and our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver proactive, solution-oriented technical support to customers across various industries.
• Conduct on-site technical trials and support sample requests.
• Provide comprehensive technical training and product guidance to customers when needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management by identifying customer needs, reporting product performance, and uncovering potential sales opportunities.
• Assist customers in developing innovative products aligned with the company’s marketing strategy.
• Establish product specifications tailored to specific customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Polymer or Plastics Engineering, or related sciences (Material, Chemistry, or Physics).
• Prior experience or strong interest in B2B environments or the packaging solutions industry is preferred.
• A self-motivated, hardworking individual who thrives in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Must be in good physical health.

Working Conditions:

• Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time for on-site support and customer engagement.
• Must be adaptable to a dynamic, fast-moving workplace and willing to commit extra hours when required.
• Occasional customer entertainment is expected to build lasting business relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
