Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Supervisor to join our production and fabrication team specializing in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMC) products. The successful candidate will be guiding, monitoring, and managing our specialized production section to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role requires a strong understanding of production workflow, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand the production workflow and operate it according to the Standard Operating Procedure, safety standards, and ISO standards;
2. Maintain high production quality standards;
3. Understand product drawings and ensure work compliance with drawings, standards, and customer requirements;
4. Meet delivery timelines;
5. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other production sections;
6. Provide on-the-job guidance and support to team members;
7. Identify problems and resolve them;
8. Encourage team feedback and participation in continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent;
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or fabrication;
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
