Job Description:

1· Provide technical expertise on SOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM, and a variety of add-in and integration solutions to assist clients in transitioning to Smart Manufacturing.

2· Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure effective utilization of software solutions.

3· Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions that align with business objectives.

4· Support customers through the entire lifecycle, from initial product installation and configuration to troubleshooting and post-sales assistance.

5· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive ongoing business.

6· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in manufacturing and Smart Manufacturing.

7· Assist in developing and delivering customized solutions to meet specific customer requirements.

8· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.

9· Document and share knowledge to improve internal processes and customer support.

Qualifications

  1. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
  2. Understanding of Smart Manufacturing concepts and how to integrate digital solutions into traditional manufacturing environments.
  3. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  5. Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
  6. 3 years of experience as Technical Solution Provider/Application Engineer/ Software Solution Provider. Preferable candidate experience in using SolidWorks/SolidCAM
