Responsibilities:Work Location:
Kuala Lumpur
- Technical support for our distribution partners and end-users
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all MELAG appliances
- Technical training for our dealers in online and offline formats
- Support of sales activities such as trade shows, events, and demonstrations (including international ones)
- Business trips across Malaysia and the ASEAN region, as well as Korea and Japan when necessary
- Reporting activities to MELAG Academy in Malaysia
- Frequent communication with headquarters in Berlin
- Conducting in-depth market analysis
- Opportunity for turnover responsibility and sales growth
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in the region
Profile:- A relevant technical qualification with understanding and experience in Malaysian and international business practices
- Native Malay speaker; good English skills; Chinese language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
- Interest in social media activities and online marketing
