Job description

Responsibilities:

Work Location:

Kuala Lumpur

  • Technical support for our distribution partners and end-users
  • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all MELAG appliances
  • Technical training for our dealers in online and offline formats
  • Support of sales activities such as trade shows, events, and demonstrations (including international ones)
  • Business trips across Malaysia and the ASEAN region, as well as Korea and Japan when necessary
  • Reporting activities to MELAG Academy in Malaysia
  • Frequent communication with headquarters in Berlin
  • Conducting in-depth market analysis
  • Opportunity for turnover responsibility and sales growth
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in the region
Profile:
  • A relevant technical qualification with understanding and experience in Malaysian and international business practices
  • Native Malay speaker; good English skills; Chinese language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
  • Interest in social media activities and online marketing
