Role Description
The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for the organization, execution, daily follow-up, and efficient close-up of the assigned projects in the field of Crane Tracks, in accordance with the quality standards and Group guidelines & policies of Gantrex.
Qualifications
- To seek and provide technical, commercial, and logistic support to the Sales Manager and related integration.
- Elaborate the technical and commercial proposal/needs of Projects in collaboration with the Sales Manager, Project Manager, and Purchasing Dept.
- Prepare quotations at the Tender Stage; in collaboration with other departments (Technical Dept., Purchase Dept., Back-Office, Installation Dept., and Financial Dept.), prepare the first assessment of the project for:
- Technical feasibility;
- Planning feasibility for production, purchase, shipment, and installation;
- Financial compliance with the general contract clauses, timelines, and conditions.
- Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
- Technical Support skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience with sales processes and client relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Johor Baharu
- Experience in the crane rail or heavy industries is a plus
