Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in technical sales, preferably in industrial products (e.g., chemical sales, cleanroom consumables, or B2B capital goods).
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Life Science, Medical Device, and Semiconductor Industries.
Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with ability to align technical solutions with ROI and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) discussions.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in managing long-cycle sales, contract negotiations, and high-value deals.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 50-80%) to meet clients, attend trade shows, and visit manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage sales cycle, develop sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams.
Technical Consultation & Solution Selling: Conduct technical discussions, translate product features into business value, provide pre-sales support.
Customer Relationship & Account Management: Build relationships, understand customer needs, coordinate post-sale activities, and monitor industry trends.
