Responsibilities
  • Regularly visit customer sites to assess their needs and proactively generate opportunities for services, spare parts, and equipment upgrades.
  • Lead the promotion and sales of service offerings, spare parts, and modernization solutions based on customer requirements and market potential.
  • Manage coordination between global and local teams to ensure efficient handling of service inquiries, quotations, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular interaction and on-site engagement.
  • Provide expert technical and commercial advice on spare parts, service solutions, and machine modernizations.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, and Pakistan.
  • Analyze service reports, take follow-up actions, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing strategies to grow the service business.
  • Maintain close contact with international teams to exchange best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Technical Sales Manager and Key Account Management
  • Background in the machine manufacturing industry
  • Experience in the wood-based industry sector is a strong advantage
  • Strong technical sales expertise with a solution-oriented approach
