Job summary

Agilent Technologies Malaysia seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional technical projects in product development and manufacturing enhancements. You will oversee planning, budgeting, resources, progress, issues, and overall execution.

Requires a Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering and 4+ years of PM experience; PMP or CAPM preferred. Full-time in Penang with day shift and occasional travel. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in Project Management or related.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads or coordinates cross-functional technical projects focused on development of new or enhancement of existing products.
• Responsible for planning, budgeting, use of resources, communicating progress, issue resolution and overall project execution.
• Tracks deliverables from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality, reliability, schedule, efficiency and/or cost goals.
• Reviews, identifies and documents technical requirements, creates schedules, assesses and manages risk, coordinates approvals and may prepare reports.
