Responsibilities & Skills

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Engineer to join the team and focus on industry-leading IP. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Define feature requirements for new products and IP required to achieve business objectives

• Prioritize product and IP features and investment with input from stakeholders & based on market needs

• Drive implementation of features with cross-functional development teams including MRD/PRD reviews.

• Define and drive new product go-to-market activities including messaging, promotion plan and competitive analysis

• Partner with and enable sales to achieve product business results and customer success

• Gather, analyze and incorporate customer feedback into product planning roadmap

• Track opportunity funnel and analyze progress to targets

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of technical experience in engineering, applications or technical marketing/product planning

• Strong technical knowledge of FPGA products and applications

• Strong technical knowledge of technology interfaces such as PCIe or USB

• Experience developing or consuming marketing requirement documents or product requirements documents

• B.S. EE, Comp E or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset in all aspects of the job

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and deliver results against business objectives
