AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Product Manager - Motorcycle Financing (Eastern Regional Office) to join our team based in Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the company's marketing communications strategy and objectives.

Main Purpose of Job

  • The main purpose of Secured Loan Manager is to involve in planning & execution of district sales activities to achieve monthly & yearly sales target as set by company.
  • Good Communication with all department and section to ensure product selling good.
  • Study and analyze local strategies and provide training to the team.
  • Apply PDCA cycle to ensure smooth of business operations.
  • Continuous product training and equipped with the latest update.
  • To plan and execute sales activities for region to achieve daily and monthly sales target.
  • To ensure operational KPI are met with region operational compliance.
  • To strategize, implement and carry out action plans accordingly and ensure region budgets are achieved and to be profit oriented.
  • Provide training and ensure the team understanding well on the product knowledge and selling well.
  • To ensure that AEON quality policy is supported by department objectives & KRA.
  • Able to train and coach future successor in succeeding own principal duties and expand own capacity to assume higher responsibility in the future.

Minimum job requirement (education & experience)

  • Degree with minimum 5 years working experience preferably in Banking/Financial Industry and Motorcycle Financing (MF)
  • Expose in Branch Development functions and activities.
  • Good management, communication, and analytical skills.

Knowledges, skills and abilities required.

  • Lesson planning skills to plan lessons by incorporating the key elements systematically.
  • Presentation skills to deliver the content to participants.
  • Able to communicate to all level and target audience.
  • Listening skills to empathize and listen to other person's ideas.
  • Supervising and monitoring skill, ability to work well under pressure & good problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • PC literate.
