A leading service provider in soil stabilization is seeking a dynamic Technical Operations Lead to supervise technical teams across multiple projects. The role involves overseeing operations, resolving issues, and managing client relations while maintaining high performance standards. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree and site experience, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
We are a leading service provider specializing in soil stabilization for deep foundation installations, such as bored piles and diaphragm walls. Our team assists customers on-site to solve soil stabilization challenges using our cutting-edge products. We are looking for a dynamic and hands on Technical Operations Lead to lead and supervise our technical site teams across multiple projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead all technical site engineers and supervise day-to-day operations at project sites.
• Set targets and performance standards for the projects.
• Act as the key liaison between various parties.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new solutions and work methods.
• Manage site inventory and materials, ensuring optimal usage and minimal waste.
• Motivate, guide and train engineers to improve productivity and technical capability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their site representatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate project reporting to management and clients.
• Ensure smooth coordination with office support teams.
Job Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of site-based experience, preferably in foundation or related civil works.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Capable of handling pressure, long working hours, and challenging deadlines.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments or tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to foresee issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership qualities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possesses own transport and is willing to travel on short notice and be based on-site as required.
• Friendly and customer-service oriented.
