Working time:Monday to Friday, Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Operation Executive (Indoor) to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate with clients and internal teams to provide timely assistance, support and solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
  • Primarily based in-house, providing technical support to our teams.
  • Refurbish and/or repair photocopiers and machine components.
  • Conduct performance stress tests and quality assurances before deployment.
  • Provide customer support via company phone, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of client inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and records.
  • Manage overall office administration, including inventory control and supply management.
  • Maintain and manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts; coordinate refurbishment of eligible components.
  • Assist to attend on-site for delivery, troubleshooting and rectification whenever necessary.
  • Report or escalate notable cases when required.
  • Coordinate with the supervisor for task assignments.
Additional Duties:
  • Provide first-level support via phone and remote applications.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
About Yourself:

Must have own transportation (motorcycle/car).

Comfortable working in an environment where dust and toner particles may be present.

Willing to travel across Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.

Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).

Education

Must possess at least an SPM Certification or a higher qualification.

Experience

Prior experience in machine repair or related technical operations is preferred.

Basic IT knowledge is an advantage (training will be provided).

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
