An Onboarding Specialist undertakes technical support activities aligned with company needs. The successful candidate will support sales & marketing teams with technical activities related to project deployment & maintenance, supporting organizational strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer business value identification and discovery, understanding how our solutions and their unique differentiators can be integrated within the customer's existing architecture, business environment, and requirements.
  • Support sales activities and collaborate with sales & marketing teams from a technical perspective.
  • Lead technical demonstrations: execute demos for customers, internal sales, and marketing teams. Create and document alignment between technology demonstrations and solution vision. Ensure high-quality demo curation, execution, and delivery, engaging with various customer roles.
  • Lead technical workshops, seminars, and engagements to provide in-depth understanding of our solutions from an engineering & technical perspective.
  • Stay updated on market competitors across our product portfolio and position our solutions as best-in-class.
  • Prepare technical responses to RFPs and other documentation as required.
  • Contribute to project deployment & maintenance by providing technical expertise to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in computer science, information technology, electrical/electronic engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical support within the software/application/Cyber Security industry.
  • Subject matter expert with extensive support experience in software, applications, or Cyber Security.
  • Passion for IT, self-driven, and enjoys startup environments with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, energetically, and within agreed timelines.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written & spoken) is an advantage.
  • Customer satisfaction mindset and strong interpersonal skills for customer interfacing.
