Job summary

Virtuos Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Producer/Technical Program Manager to lead ML/AI product delivery in a gaming context. You will own roadmaps, translate goals into milestones, and coordinate ML engineers, game teams, and QA within Agile rituals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of software delivery experience, strong coding literacy (Python), and hands-on familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex CLI or Copilot.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering software as a technical producer or technical program manager for ML/AI or game products.
• Solid understanding of ML lifecycle — data, training, evaluation and deployment (MLOps).
• Ability to read/review code in at least one language (e.g., Python) and reason about ML systems.
• Game development delivery experience and strong communication skills.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, experiment tracking and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent; 6+ years in software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Copilot).

• The ability to read and review code in at least one language (for example, Python) and reason about machine‑learning and agentic systems; this is a hands‑on technical role, not purely process management.
• Game development delivery experience.
• Strong organization, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Comfort with Agile/Scrum, experiment tracking and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Around 6+ years delivering software, including technical‑producer or technical-program-manager experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, GitHub Copilot or equivalent (required).
