Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead with strong PHP and React expertise to join their growing team. If you're a natural leader with a passion for clean code, scalable systems, and mentoring others — this role is for you.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience

Proven expertise in PHP and React (experience with Go or Node.js is a plus)

Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and delivering production systems

Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system decomposition

Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and writing testable, maintainable code

Proficiency in SQL, relational database design, and OLTP/OLAP principles

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Hands-on experience writing unit, functional, and integration tests

Comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
