Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Provide scheduled maintenance to clients with Service Contracts.
2. Conduct technical visits to potential sites.
3. Lead, plan, organize, and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
4. Provide accurate project status updates to management in a timely manner.
5. Report and discuss site activities and problems with project team/managers and resolve daily site issues.
6. Respond to company maintenance emergency needs.
7. Engage in learning and development programs to enhance professional skills.
8. Work closely with supervisors and team members to gain practical industry experience.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and customer orientation.
3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (reading, writing, speaking).
4. Willingness to perform hands-on work and paperwork.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Minimum Degree or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant fields; relevant experience is a plus.
7. Own transportation.
